Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, however, they are transferrable ONLY ONCE, if at anytime you need to reschedule your appointment. If the client can not make the scheduled appointment a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to give a 24 hour notice will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will have to be made to rebook.

NO-SHOWS forfeit deposits and a new deposit will have to be made to rebook.

To eliminate rushing and to ensure each client gets the best service, clients that arrive more than 15 min late to an appointment will have to be cancelled and or rescheduled with a new deposit. A customer cancellation at least 24 hours in advance can transfer the deposit to the next scheduled service. After the 2nd cancellation or NO-SHOW, no further appointments can be made.

Cancellations done by the esthetician will refund the full deposit at the customer’s request if the customer chooses not to reschedule or can be transferred to another scheduled appointment.

Clients are allowed to reschedule 2 times. If a client reschedules more than twice, the client will be cancelled (deposit will be forfeited) and a new deposit will have to be made to rebook.
